We need to talk about an injustice

This year has been very hard in many ways. One of those, was to face the racism that still exists in our society. It is up to all of us to educate ourselves and talk about what we have learned. But most importantly we need to listen, in order to heal. With love and respect, even when we disagree. “Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” (James Baldwin)
